How to Process Your First Vehicle
A step-by-step guide to using the ForecourtSync AI studio.
Welcome to ForecourtSync! Processing your first vehicle is a simple, two-stage process that gives you complete control over your credits.
1. Take the Photos
Walk around the vehicle and snap up to 20 photos. You don’t need a clean background, but make sure the entire car is in the frame.
2. Upload & Brand
Log into the ForecourtSync dashboard on your phone. Tap Start New Vehicle, enter the registration plate, and select your photos. When you hit Upload, the system will securely save your high-resolution images and automatically apply your custom dealership logo to the raw photos.
3. Apply the AI Virtual Studio
Once uploaded, review your photos in the dashboard. For the specific shots you want to use as your hero images (usually the exterior 3/4 angles), click the Apply AI Studio button.
Our engine will then:
- Remove the background clutter
- Place the vehicle in your chosen 3D studio
- Seamlessly blend your branding into the new environment
