Upgrading or Cancelling Your Subscription

How to manage your plan, download invoices, or cancel your ForecourtSync account.

Managing your ForecourtSync subscription is completely self-serve and secure. We use the Stripe Customer Portal so you always have direct control over your billing.

How to Access the Billing Portal

  1. Log into your dashboard and tap the Credit Card icon in the top navigation bar to open the Subscription page.
  2. If you are on a paid plan, click the Manage Billing Portal button at the top.
  3. You will be securely redirected to our Stripe portal.

What You Can Do in the Portal

  • Upgrade/Downgrade: Switch between Starter, Pro, and Group tiers.
  • Update Payment Methods: Add a new credit card or update an expiring one.
  • Download Invoices: Grab your monthly VAT receipts for your accountant.
  • Cancel Subscription: You can cancel at any time with one click.

Note on Cancellations: If you cancel, you will retain access to your premium limits until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically revert to the Trial tier.
