Understanding Monthly Vehicle Limits
How the monthly quota works and what happens when you hit your limit.
To keep our AI servers fast, Starter and Trial accounts have monthly vehicle creation limits. You can track your current usage directly on the dashboard inside the Start New Vehicle card.
How the Quota is Counted
Your quota resets on the 1st of every calendar month. Every time you type in a registration plate and hit “Start Capture,” it counts as one vehicle against your monthly limit.
Important: Deleting Vehicles Does Not Reset Quotas
If you add a vehicle, photograph it, and then delete it the next day, it still counts towards your monthly limit. For example, if you are on the Starter tier (20 vehicles/month) and you process 20 cars, you cannot delete 5 old cars to get 5 “new” slots. The quota tracks how many new vehicles were initiated in that calendar month.
If you find yourself frequently hitting the limit before the month ends, we highly recommend upgrading to the Pro Tier for unlimited vehicle processing.
