Photos Won't Upload or Process

What to do if your uploads get stuck or fail on the forecourt.

Dealership forecourts are notoriously bad for mobile data signals. If your photos are failing to upload, it is almost always a network issue.

1. Check Your Connection

Are you on the edge of your Wi-Fi network, or on a weak 3G connection? If your signal drops mid-upload, the browser will sever the connection. Try stepping inside the showroom or switching to a stable 4G/5G connection before hitting Upload.

2. The “Pending” Status

If your photos say “Pending,” do not close the browser or lock your phone screen. The app needs the browser to remain active to finish transferring the high-resolution files to our servers.

3. Supported File Types

Ensure your phone camera is saving images as standard JPEG or PNG files. If you are using an iPhone, the app will automatically convert HEIC files for you, but extremely large RAW files may time out on slower connections.
